refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days, meaning you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of shipping.

Refund approvals

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you about whether your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order canceling

Eveloria has a 30 minute cancellation policy. Since we have quick automated shipping & packaging machines, that wait 30 minutes before processing an order and require staff supervision to delete an order from the system, cancelling an order is possible when our staff is at our warehouse, which is open from 7AM CET to 12PM CET.

If we are unable to cancel your order, due to the policy mentioned below, then just email us at support@eveloria.com. & we can immediately proceed with a return.
